Yes, all can be done with our plugin. Please update the plugin to the latest version 2.1.0, and:
> quantity is greater..
Use “Rule #X > Conditions > Minimum order quantity” option.
> cost is greater…
Use “Rule #X > Conditions > Minimum order amount” option.
> specific product…
Use “Rule #X > Conditions > Products”.
