Hi Jochen,
It’s a bit weird, can you please check: General tab >> Force Quantity Options >> Force on Archive >> Reset to minimum.
If it’s like that (reset to min), please send us wp-admin access as I have to check the logs and theme files to see why it happens, reach us at [email protected]
