The plugin caused the server to grind to a halt

    Hi there, we recently purchased the PRO version of this plugin. When we installed this we caused the server to grind to a halt. Each time we activate this we get the same outcome.

    We placed a support entry here over a week ago and yet it has disappeared. We urgently need to know how to contact you to discuss how we can remedy this.
