Can you assist please. I tried the free version and when I upgraded to the pro, the program defaults to the Free version even after deleting the free version and installing the pro version. During install i was not asked for a “Key”

Sorry for the late reply. Actually, we didn’t receive your question on Zendesk because we were having some issues with it. But it has been fixed now.
Regarding the issue, you would need to paste the key into the WPFactory Helper plugin in order to receive an automatic update for Order Status Rules for the WooCommerce plugin. You can download the WPFactory Helper plugin here.
