    Hi we have activated the app and received email nootification of an offer but can’t find the dashboard anywhere to accept or counter the offer?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the offer notification you received. To accept the offer, you need to navigate to the Dashboard and then select the Offers tab. From there, you can click on the Edit button for the relevant offer.

    Once you are on the offer edit page, you will find the Actions section where you can select the Accept option from the Choose an action dropdown to accept the offer.

    I am testing your plugin but the form does not submit, nor can I tick the email notification checkbox.

    Can you tell me why this is?
