Where is the price offer dashboard?

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the offer notification you received. To accept the offer, you need to navigate to the Dashboard and then select the Offers tab. From there, you can click on the Edit button for the relevant offer.

Once you are on the offer edit page, you will find the Actions section where you can select the Accept option from the Choose an action dropdown to accept the offer.

If I was able to understand the issue, you want to know if you accept the customer’s offer, will they get a notification that their offer has been accepted? Then yes, the customer will receive an email explaining that. But if you are asking if you can see all offered price from the WooCommerce dashboard, then it is also possible. You can see all offers in “Dashboard > Offers”.
