Hi, I am having trouble. I am a paid user of the plugin, and since recently I am having issues when uploading. The images get renamed without issue, but they then break and are not viewable on the site anymore. I am using EWWW Image optimiser and images are stored on AWS. I note that in my settings i have the option to rename the URL turned off, however it is still renaming the URL anyway. I think this may be causing the issue, as maybe the URL is being updated twice? Sorry… not sure how to articulate the problem but please help! I have had to deactivate for now.

Sorry for the delay.
Are you referring to the permalink options? If they are disabled, the images shouldn’t getting the URL changed.Have you considered the problem could be related to the EWWW plugin?
Anyway, would it be possible for you to create/share an admin account to your server (WP and preferably FTP), so I could login and check what’s going on?
