Why can't I install the plugin?

Hi, we bought the plugin File Renaming on upload Pro but after we installed on wordpress 5.9 and activated the plugin, any plugin that we want to install from wordpress plugins ” Add New ” it gives us this error: Installation failed: The package could not be installed.

I we deactivate the plugin File Renaming on upload Pro , any installation of plugins are working.

Can we provide some support?

Please, try adding zip to the option “Advanced > Ignore file extensions“. In the end, it could be like this: tmp,log,zip.

Let me know if it helps.

We just did that and it works.
1. Add .zip at Ignore file Extension – we can install
2. Remove .zip from Ignore file Extension – we can not install
You should take into account this for future updates!
