Why In mass processing, are files with Ü Ö Ä  in their name not handled?

    Hello,

    i have a problem with the license version. In mass processing, files with Ü Ö Ä in their name are not handled. Everthing else does. However, we are using the plugin precisely because of the Ü Ä and Ös.

    Hi,

    Can you please make sure that you’re using the {filename} rule and that you’ve already tried both options from “Character conversion method” option? I mean:
    – Remove Accents
    – Transliterator
