Why is the plugin not working with Gravity Forms?

    I have just now purchased the Pro version of File Renaming on Upload (1.3.2).  The plugin works as expected when i am adding an image from the Posts window, but it is not working for files being attached via Gravity Forms.   (yes, i checked the box on the Compatibility tab)

    I had purchased this plug in last December (version 1.1.9)  for a different web site (though it was the exact same type of project), same version of Gravity Forms, same theme, same other plug-ins, and it works just fine.    (one difference – the WP site that works is on 5.7.5 and the WP site that isn’t working is 5.9)

    I can’t for the life of me figure out what I am missing in this install – I’ve reviewed the settings over and over.   Can you point me to what I am likely missing – or – can I get another copy of version 1.1.9 Pro to try and see if it is a version issue?

    (PS – unrelated..  the URLs on the Compatibility tab both go to BuddyBoss. even the one that ought to be pointing to gravity forms)

    Hi,

    In order to see the “Gravity Forms” working with the renaming plugin you should try disabling one option: Advanced > Ignore files with no extension.

    Let me know if it helps.
