Hi Vasco,
I will have to look into POS plugin code to solve it. Could you please let me know which one is it? I found quite a few, e.g. https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pos/ – is this the one? If that’s not it, please send me the link, or if it’s paid, its zip for testing. My email is [email protected]
If anyone else is interested, as we’ve figured out in private conversation, it looks like adding our
_alg_eanproduct meta key in POS plugin settings solved the issue.
