Hi Beni,
Sorry for such a late reply. We’ve just released a new plugin version (v1.6.0), where, as requested, I’ve added the “Multi-language” option (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Related Categories > Advanced”). It supports WPML and Polylang plugins. Please give it a try and let me know if something is not working as expected. And again, sorry it took so long.
