    Is anyone home?

    I don’t know if you got my last message, but we REALLY need to know how to disable the default WooCommerce receipt from sending a copy at the same time that our custom receipt goes out. We do not want customers getting two different receipts for one purchase! Please let us know ASAP. Thank you.

    it was sent from [email protected] same as our account to [email protected] the one on your page. Do you need us to send again?
    We still need some way to get the woocommerce invoice to not send only when the plugin trigger kicks in on donations.

    Ok we have sent an email with login info.  It appears to work on updating status but it still sends out the invoice email and we need it to only send the custom one. Perhaps we are not finding the right trigger?

    It’s set to New Order, Status updated to, and order.
    under custom triggers this has been tried: woocommerce_payment_complete  woocommerce_checkout_order_processed|Checkout order processed
