Need Help With Multiple Issues

    1. The customer email variable for the recipient field isn’t working niether {customer} (as oper docs) or %customer% (as per the tooltip on the plugin) ire actually doing anything. Can confirm that it works as it sends as intended if i put in a specific email.

    2. I’m unable to trigger the custom email to send the moment an oder is made. I have it set on “New Order (Processing).” I saw that someone had resolved in another thread by changing the trigger, but weirdly these are the only ones available for me:

    New order (Any status)
    New order (Pending payment)
    New order (Processing)
    New order (On hold)
    New order (Completed)
    New order (Cancelled)
    New order (Refunded)
    New order (Failed)

    Regarding the first issue, I have escalated this with our development team. They will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Regarding the second issue, could you please ensure you are using the latest versions of our plugin (1.9.0) and WOoCommerce (7.5.0)? Please let us know.
