1. The customer email variable for the recipient field isn’t working niether {customer} (as oper docs) or %customer% (as per the tooltip on the plugin) ire actually doing anything. Can confirm that it works as it sends as intended if i put in a specific email.
2. I’m unable to trigger the custom email to send the moment an oder is made. I have it set on “New Order (Processing).” I saw that someone had resolved in another thread by changing the trigger, but weirdly these are the only ones available for me:
New order (Any status)
New order (Pending payment)
New order (Processing)
New order (On hold)
New order (Completed)
New order (Cancelled)
New order (Refunded)
New order (Failed)
