ParticipantHello, plugin is working great, but I had a question. The site has items where products are sold by the yard, ton, or bag.
While the quantity dropdown box looks great, it’s just numbers. Is it possible to append some text within it? So, for example, if it’s a product sold by the Yard, I could enter “Yard” into a field and have the dropdown box read, “1 Yard, 1.5 Yards, 2 Yards,” etc.?
Just trying to avoid confusion so I thought I’d ask since the plugin has so many features. Maybe I missed it. 🙂

ModeratorHello Greg,
Glad to know you like the plugin.
Are you defining these quantities (yard, ton, bag) as attributes? Or (randomly saying) that each 10 yards are 1 ton?
The plugin in its current features doesn’t add a text next to the quantity even in drop down menu, but I’m trying to figure out a way to overcome this.

ModeratorJust to be clearer.
You can add a label next the quantity (to define singular & plural quantities), but it will be the same label for all quantities, that’s why I need to know if x yards = 1 ton or they are separate attributes / variations for the product.

ParticipantNo attributes at all, so that’s made it easier. 🙂 Just using different types of products. Some are sold by the Yard, some by the Ton, and some by the Bag. They don’t choose from a dropdown box….each Yard, Ton, or Bag product is individual.
I was just hoping to dress up the dropdown box with text so instead of 1, 2, 3, it has text next to it. Really not a big deal and I don’t expect it to be done, haha! I was just curious. 🙂

ModeratorLol, no worries at all.
What is more funnier is that I totally forgot about this feature in the plugin, this is easily doable 😀
Go to plugin settings >> Quantity Dropdown >> Enable Label per product, and then you will see two fields in your product page, like these.
Just replace the word “item” with Yard, ton, etc..
Hope this helps, and if you found the plugin & support useful, please leave us a rating

ModeratorGlad to know it’s all sorted, and sorry for the styling in my last comment, it went out of format 🙂
Let me know if you have any other questions.
