Add the custom input fields to customer and admin emails

Unfortunately not possible at the moment, but this seems like a useful feature – please give me a couple of days to add it to the plugin.

It took a little bit longer than I expected, but, as promised, we’ve just released new plugin version 1.4.0, where I’ve added options to add input fields to emails. You need to enable it in “WooCommerce > Settings > Custom Payment Gateways > Input Fields > Emails Options”.
