Hello!
The feature of the plugin that was previously adding the VAT column in the orders doesn’t seem to work anymore. I’m currently using WC 8.9.1 and the latest version of the plugin. Previously I have had this search filter bookmarked for tax purposes, but as of late (not sure when this started) it no longer works and simply shows the default orders page.
The WooCommerce -> Reports -> Taxes -> EU VAT also doesn’t seem to be able to find any orders anymore.

Do you mean that when you enter the orders page and try to add an order manually, the EU/UK VAT field does not appear or does not work for you?
If so please try this out on a test site using the original WordPress theme and the basic plugins with EU/UK VAT plugin. If the problem persists, please send the login permissions to your site to the following email: [email protected].
We prefer to attach a video or screenshot that describes your problem more clearly.

Sorry for not being clearer, I meant when I am looking at the list of customer made orders, there used to be a column that showed the user’s VAT ID and the possibility to sort with it (perhaps even filter?). This has recently disappeared.

In addition if I go to the EU VAT plugin Settings and scroll down to Additional Info, the following link does not show any results anymore.
EU VAT report: WooCommerce > Reports > Taxes > EU VAT.

If you activate the “Meta box” or “Column,” it will reflect in /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order.
i.e., woocommerce > OrdersBut those columns are not available in WooCommerce > Reports > Orders.
We are talking with WooCommerce about how we can make this EU VAT plugin there.

I actually figured out what the difference between our setups is and why you could not replicate it. The key was in the URL you posted!
I’m using the new High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) that was rolled out by WooCommerce a while back and it seems that the EU VAT plugin is not compatible with it! This is probably due to the order page being changed when you enable the feature. Unfortunately the old one is not accessible for me anymore.
The Orders Page used to be “edit.php?post_type=shop_order”
With HPOS enabled, the Orders Page has become “admin.php?page=wc-orders”—-
Would it be possible to add support for HPOS, as it really does improve WooCommerce performance by quite much?
