    Hey!

I have set my product quantity step to 0.1. When I try to add 0.1 products to cart when I have 0.1 products left it gives me error. However when I try to add 0.1 products to cart when I have 0.2 products this works fine. Same error happens when I have 0.2 products left and try to add 0.2 products to cart. What causes this issue?

In WordPress forum you suggested updating the plugin.
I have 3.9.1 version of the plugin however this doesn’t suggest updating the plugin. How to update this plugin? https://imgur.com/kn2tfZD

    Hello Kevin,

Please download latest version from your account here on WPFactory, then upload it to your website, most probably this will fix the issue, if not, please let us know and probably we will need wp-admin access to check it, please share access at [email protected]

As for updating the plugin automatically, please check our WPFactory Helper page for instructions.

    Hey!

Sorry didn’t get an response on my e-mail that I have answer and forgot to check the forum.
The plugin was added to the website by the previous developer and paid by the client(site owner). How I can get plugins license from the plugin to update it? I think the user for the plugin isn’t accessible. Thanks!

    Hi there,

In such a case, could you please send us the email address associated with the purchase or the order ID to [email protected] so that we can send you the password reset link so you can recover your account?

    Kind regards.
