Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that you are facing an issue with the Cart Products tab not loading your products and your browser getting stuck. As you have a large number of products in your e-shop, it may take some time for the products to load.
Regarding your request to exclude some products from the total minimum order amount, I would like to inform you that the require/exclude feature should allow you to do that. I suggest trying to type the name of the product or the ID of the product to see if the product appears on the list. This should make it easier to locate the products you want to exclude.
