Hi There,
We have a situation where orders that are shipped first and paid for later return to PROCESSING when the payment comes in. We want to change it to COMPLETED when the payment comes in. Is there a way to detect order status change as the trigger for the rule to run?

Sorry for such a late reply.
Sure, you can do that. All you need to do is set the “Status from” option to “Processing”, and “Status to” option to “Completed”. And you need to set the “Time trigger” to “0” – this way, the plugin will change the order status immediately.
