ParticipantHello,
i check the forum here and even tried the option “authenticate” filter” for the following issue, but i couldn’t resolve it. Here’s the thing i would appreciate your help.
When a user registers, then gets blocked unless it activates it’s account. However, if the user activates it’s account and then, by some reason, it clicks again on the link for activation on the email, the plugin is not checking if the account is already activated. I mean, it says the activation failed (because it was already done) and then provides a link to get a new verification email. Instead of doing this (which is not the desired procedure for an account already acctivated), is it possible to have the plugin, using another error messaged instead of the “failed message”, that the account is already activated. That way, would not be needed to provide the link for reactivation on this case, and the user will be rightly informed that his account is already activated.Kindest Regards,
December 8, 2022 at 7:50 am #103616Hello,
I hope you are well today.
If the user clicks on the verification link a second time, then our plugin shows the Your account is already verified message on the front end. Could you kindly ensure that you are using the latest version (2.4.8) of the Email Verification plugin?
Kind regards,
