Is it possible to have an input field of the type “checkbox” ?
So I need additional input fields and a checkbox, where the client agrees the data to be submitted…Hi TJ,
Sorry for a late reply. Wasn’t possible, but I’ve just added it to the plugin. Please update to v1.4.1 and let me know if you have any notes or questions.
