Cost Archive doesn’t show anything

Hi, I’ve enabled the cost archive on the setting page, and changed the cost price of the product, but it shows this. do I miss some setting?

Please, check if the option Products > Cost archive > Save cost archive is enabled and then update the cost.

Please provide more details. Is the cost archive function not working for variable products? Could you please check it again and let us know?
