ParticipantHi,
I have linked my website with Square such that any orders placed via Square are fed into WooCommerce. Unfortunately, the cost of goods is not being loaded for these orders so it is showing as zero. Can you fix this?

ModeratorHi Michael,
Our Cost of Goods plugin needs WooCommerce products to have the costs registered. Once they do, the order costs can be calculated.
We have some options that could help you to import the costs from other plugins to ours. You can find it in our section “Tools & Reports”.
Then you could try using our recalculation tools at the same section.

ParticipantHi Pablo,
Yes, I am aware of the option to populate missing costs under the Tools & Reports section, and in fact I use it everyday as a workaround for this bug. However, this is not a sustainable solution, and so I have opened this ticket to bring this issue to your attention. I am sharing a screenshot for your reference.
