Hello,
we are using Codisto integration for Amazon and eBay. Orders we receive from marketplaces show zero cost. Orders generated on our own website show the correct cost of goods.
I purchased your license yesterday and try to figure out how things work. After I tried several other COG plugins. Looks like every of them has some flaws and none of them is 100% perfect. I hope you can fix this problem.Thank you

I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problems.
I have escalated this with our development team . They will get back to you as soon as they can.
Kind regards,
MoshtafizurNovember 11, 2022 at 5:18 pm #101836Hi Wilfried,
Have you tried our Payment Gateways section? You could try setting a fixed and a percent cost for Amazon/Ebay using that section.
If that’s not enough, you could try our Orders > Extra costs: From meta. With that option, you can set a meta that will be used to add costs to your orders containing that meta.
You’d just have to know the meta key name. To find out what it is, you could try to install a plugin like JSM Show Post MetaData. Then, you can simply access the admin order page and see if there is any cost meta from Amazon/Ebay. If that’s the case, you can simply copy the key name and paste it on our Extra costs: From meta option.
Let me know if it helps.
November 12, 2022 at 1:20 pm #101879Wilfried V.ParticipantSorry but this doesn’t help at all.
Orders imported from eBay and Amazon call the products from our WooCommerce catalogue, and these products HAVE cost. Orders made in our WooCommerce storefront show the cost correctly, orders imported from eBay and Amazon show the cost with ZERO.
Let me tell you that no other COG plugin failed at this point, only yours.
If you are not able to fix this IN THE PLUGIN, then we are done here, and I am requesting a refund.
Please let me know if you want to fix the problem or if you prefer to refund my purchase.
Thank you.
November 12, 2022 at 2:04 pm #101880Wilfried V.ParticipantPlease refund, don’t try to fix it. I went (again) with a combination of 2 plugins, the COG Plugin from Skyverge and Booster Tools, which provides all the required information on the right spot. I tried to save some money by buying your plugin and also trying YITH’s premium COG plugin, but nothing works as well as Booster and Skyverge together.
If you want your plugin to compete with these two, you still need to do some homework.
Waiting for the refund.
Best regards.
