Hi, would it be possible to set-up a custom trigger to send an email, when a new note has been added to the ‘Subscription notes’ in the subscription back-end, by a third-party plugin please?
For example a new Subscription note states; “Subscription cancelled by the subscriber from their account page.” or “Subscription reactivated by the subscriber from their account page.”
