Hi, I’m having a couple of issues that I hope you can help with – background info: we sell fabric by the metre and have minimum quantity set to 0.2, steps set to 0.1 and price unit is ‘per metre’ in Category settings. We recently changed to Porto theme and since then, the steps don’t go up in full 0.1 amounts – some of the increments seem to glitch ( 0.3999999999999 instead of going to 0.4 for example). To get around this, I used the Quantity Dropdown Options, set to Enable section – this works great on the main website but on the mobile site, when you select a quantity from the dropdown menu and click Add to Cart, the quantity selected by the dropdown menu isn’t applied, it just adds the minimum 0.2 to the cart. You can change the quantity on the Cart page, selecting the amount you wanted in the dropdown menu there and clicking Update Cart means the dropdown amount is applied but I really need people to be able to do it from the product page. I’ve just updated to the current version of the plugin and still experiencing the same issues, really hoping you can help, thanks in advance!

    Hi Leslie,

    Thanks for the detailed explanation.

I’ve seen the 0.99999 glitch before many times, usually a theme incompatibility and can be fixed easily.

Does this happen on variable products only? If yes and you prefer to keep using dropdown, please tick “Load all variations” on General tab, if it happens on other products as well, please send us to [email protected], we can either fix the 0.99999 glitch or this one, or both 🙂

    Omar
