ParticipantI have set a total purchase limit based on a product tag. The product tag’s slug is “red”.
How do I display the number of bought and remaining products for the user in shortcode? I’ve tried variations on:
[alg_wc_mppu_current_product_limit]
[alg_wc_mppu_user_product_limits]
[alg_wc_mppu_term_limit]using template, but nothing seems to work.
Please advise.
Thank you

Thanks for reaching out. I am really sorry to know you are experiencing problem.
I couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. Could you kindly ensure that you are using the latest version of the Maximum Products per User for WooCommerce (3.8.0) and WooCommerce (7.1.1)?
Kind regards,

ParticipantYes, I am using latest versions.
But I’m not sure how you can reproduce the issue, given that I don’t know the correct shortcode.
I’m asking what is the shortcode that returns the number of bought and remaining products for the user based on a term limit.
Please advise,
Tom
December 13, 2022 at 9:47 am #103896Hello Tom,
Thanks for your reply.
If you are limiting purchases by the customer by product tag, then please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > Frontend and enable the My account tab option, then paste the
[alg_wc_mppu_term_limit]
shortcode in the Tab content. The shortcode will then display the user’s total number of purchased and remaining items on the My account > Product limits page. Please give it a try. Let me know if it doesn’t help.
Kind regards,

ParticipantI need to show the user their total purchased and remaining on the product and checkout pages.
Exactly like the template for [alg_wc_mppu_current_product_limit] enables, but for tab limited items.

ParticipantI am using a tag limit. So I want to show users on the product page how many items they have remaining.
Exactly like the template for [alg_wc_mppu_current_product_limit] enables, except for tab limited items.
January 13, 2023 at 6:40 pm #107532Hi Tom,
sorry for the late reply.
You can display current product limit information on the single product page. To do so, please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > Frontend and set the Product limit message to
Notice
.Please give it a try. Let us know if it doesn’t help.
