    Hello Hadi,

    Thanks for reaching out.

If you apply the minimum amount requirement only to the parent category, then it won’t apply to the sub-category. It will only apply to the products in the parent category.

If you have more questions, then please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

so if I want to put the $10 for the category including sub categories, I will have to put $10 for main category and 10 across each other category? or how do we do it?

    Hello Hadi,

I would suggest you assign all the products from your main category and sub-categories to a new tag. Let’s say it is TagA. Now please make sure that in the plugin’s settings, under the Products section, the Per product tag option is enabled. Then go to Products > Tags > TagA > Edit and set the Min sum to 10.

I hope this information was helpful to you. Please get in touch with me if you have any queries or need help.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

    Hello Hadi,

I am glad to know the problem has been resolved.

    > I have updated the plugin, though it wasnt among those requiring updates.

You may not be receiving update notifications because the WPFactory Helper plugin might not be installed on your website. To receive automatic updates, you must install the WPFactory Helper plugin. You can download the plugin here.

After installing the plugin, go to the My Account Page, paste your website URL, and click on the Generate key. After generating the key, paste the key into the WPFactory Helper plugin, and you will start to receive automatic updates.

I hope that helps. Please consider leaving a review here if you were happy with the service.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur
