Does the plugin automatically remove PayPal Gateway Fees from Profit? I can see the PayPal gateway fee inside each order so I know it’s in the database already.   However, there is an Extra section in the settings for “Extra Cost: Payment Gateways” so I wasn’t sure if I should configure payment gateway fees there??  I just want to be sure the payment gateway fees charged for each order are considered part of the cost and not showing in the profit : )  Thanks for your help : )

    Hi,

PayPal fees are not considered as part of the order cost by default. You need to configure the settings in order to add the PayPal fees to the order costs.

Go to Orders tab, Extra Costs: From Meta in the Meta keys add PayPal Transaction Fee. You will need to recalculate the order’s cost and profit after you change these settings.

The Extra Costs: Payment Gateways tab is for adding any additional costs that you may have for payment gateways. For example, some payment gateways charge a fixed fee per order + a percentage of total order value. Such extra fees can be added to the order costs using this section.
