Does this plugin work with credit subscriptions?

Hello
I do cloth rental business. Customer buy credit subscription for renting the cloth.
8 and 16 credits per month.
However, I want to set the limit of the credit use each time : 4 credits a time.
Until customer return the cloth then they can use the left credits. (4 credits a time)

Each cloth require different amount of credit for renting 1,2,3 and 4.
So the limit should be in summary of cart before using their credit.

Can this plug serve this purpose ?
