Hi,
Ive just installed the plugin with a view to uploading a bunch of EANs to my product variations.
I manually entered 1 EAN to a variation. I then did a full product data export, with a view to seeing which attribute the data was assigned to and then using the same file to bulk upload all my EANs. However the EAN data that I entered isnt showing against the product anywhere.
I cant seem to attach the file or screenshot to show more.
Can you give any guidance as to why it wouldnt be showing?

Which tools are you using for the export/import? If it’s the standard WooCommerce tools, then our EAN field should be there. If it’s some external plugin, you may need to add it as a custom field with the
_alg_eankey.If that doesn’t help, please contact me directly via [email protected]. You can send me your screenshots there, and also, if you wish, you can share access to your site, so I could log in and check what’s going on.
