Hi is use the free Version 2.0.0
No matter which export I use, the EAN is not included. I tried “Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce” and “WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export”.
There then a field with the name: “EAN” and as data source “meta” with the content “_alg_ean”. But no matter how, the EAN field remains empty.Hi Krid,
As I understand, you are trying to export EANs from orders, correct? If that’s the case, unfortunately, currently, our plugin can only export EANs from products, and not from order items. However, this seems like a useful feature – let me check if I can add it to the plugin. Will get back to you soon…
Hi, yes exactly. Our orders are automatically exported to the dispatch warehouse via an xml file. Since our articles are in stock with EAN, it would only make sense if this is also on the export. Many Thanks

I’ve just tried it with the “Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce” plugin, and it looks like this plugin can export EANs from order items already. So here what I’ve done – in “Set up fields to export” I’ve opened the “Product order items” section, clicked “Add field” there, and entered
_alg_eanin the “or type meta key here” field. Then I clicked “Confirm” and dragged this new field to the list on the left, where it says “Drag rows to reorder exported fields”.Please give it a try and let me know if that works for you.
