Editing VAT manually (order edit)

    about the EU VAT plugin, does it allow to amend the order on the backend to add VAT number and refund paid VAT? We sell to business and sometimes they don’t give the VAT at the checkout but they will come back later to add so we are obliged to refund and re-print a new Invoice with the VAT number and refund the VAT amo9unt paid. Can we also manually create orders on the back end and enter the VAT number on their behalf? Thanks, Deborah

    Hi Deborah,

    Yes you have an option in order backend to edit the order (and customer info) and then recalculate the VAT, hope this meets your needs.
