Dear WP Factory,
I’ve installed the email verification plugin but for some reason I can only use the PHP “mail()” function within the email options tab. The other two (WooCommerce and WordPress functions) won’t deliver mail.
As the PHP setting sends an almost anonymous email, I’l love to be able to make use of the other settings. Would you be able to advice any troubleshooting that may help here?
Many thanks in advance

You could try installing a Email Logging plugin like WP Mail Logging so you can see the status of all the emails sent.
If the emails are being sent, most probably they are going to SPAM, and sometimes they can’t even get to the SPAM inbox. In that case you just need to improve the deliverability rate of your emails.
In order to do that, you can try to use an SMTP plugin like WP Mail SMTP by WPForms for example.
If even after that you still have problems you can try to configure DKIM or SPF records. You may need to contact your hosting provider to understand how the setup will work.December 16, 2022 at 4:13 pm #106221IainParticipant
