Emails not working after install

    I just set up the pro version. I added a custom email with required products.

    When I test with the required products in an order, I get the customized email.

    When I test with any other item (ie, not one of the required items), I do not receive ANY emails.

    The only trigger I have is “New Orders (any status)”

    I added a line of text to the email body.

    and I have it set to require any one of 4 related items in my shop.
