ParticipantConsider the following scenario:
Product A is 25$ each.
The minimum order is set at 50$.
Under Cart options under General Options I set “Disable checkout button”.I add an A to the cart. I go to the cart page. The “proceed to checkout” button is disabled (i.e. greyed out, not clickable) as expected. I remain on the cart page and add another A to the cart and update the cart. The cart reloads itself (not the entire page, only the cart box). The “proceed to checkout” button is still greyed out. If one refreshes the page, cart data is not lost and the “proceed to checkout” button gets enabled (as it should).
Question: Is it possible to have the “proceed to checkout” button enabled when the minimum order condition is met after updating the cart accordingly remaining on the cart page?
P.S.: Yes, I know I could just set the button to “Leave it enabled”, and under Checkout Options set “Prevent users from reaching the checkout page on wrong min/max amount”. I am not asking for a workaround. I am asking if it is possible to have the ideal scenario depicted above, and if so how (or maybe I did sth wrong with the settings).
November 8, 2022 at 12:30 pm #95990Hello,
I am sorry to know you are having problems.
I couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. The “proceed to checkout” button seems to be enabled by clicking on the “Update Cart” button. As a result, could you please clear your browser cache? If you’re using a cache plugin, please try to disable it and see if the issue persists.
Kind regards,
