    Hi,

    I’ve just updated your plug-in on my Woocommerce and since then my customers can’t place an order, the payment processing loads for several minutes and displays an error message “Error processing order. Please try again. “. Can you fix the problem ? I specify that there are no errors in the woocommerce logs.

    I have to deactivate your plugin for the payment to work

    here is a post open on wordpress.org, but I was told that it was limited so I came to the forum to talk about it and try to resolve the problem because my client needs to use your plugin.

    I created a clone of the site, so I can safely do tests, I can also provide admin access to WordPress and FTP.

    Thanks for the info. It was really helpful to understand the problem. I believe I was able to fix the plugin on version 3.2.0 I just released.

    Please, update the plugin and let me know if it helps.
