ERROR – EU VAT Number is not valid

I Update all plugins, but the problem isn’t solved.

I try to change First validation method and Force VAT recheck on checkout, i try to remove Disable XML-RPC (from siteground security) and update all woocommerce templates.

To temporary fix i used excluse country, and it works.

the log report this, in every combinations possibile:
