Error MS_UNAVAILABLE

    I would like to get Pro version of your plugin (So I could match company name and VAT), but even while testing free version.. I cant get it working… When I’m entering correct VAT ID, Im getting VAT is not valid. error. Log shows this:

    2021-04-25T13:44:49+00:00 INFO Error: Exception: MS_UNAVAILABLE (Country: [LT]; VAT ID: [100009904910]; Company: [Company name]; Method: [soap])
    2021-04-25T13:44:50+00:00 INFO Error: VAT ID not valid (Country: [LT]; VAT ID: [100009904910]; Company: [Company name]; Method: [curl])

    Hi Mantas,

    In most cases like this, it could be a temporary issue with the verification server (here), if it was verified on the server but not on the plugin, it could be a setting issue, please send us screenshots of your settings to check (feel free to reach us at [email protected]).
