EU VAT number is not valid

Good morning,
When I enter a valid EU VAT from France, I get the error: EU VAT Number is not valid.

Hi Vinda,

It could be a setting issue, or sometimes servers (I mean EU servers) won’t be responsive, can you please send us the VAT number you tried (and link to your site) so we can check please? Reach us at [email protected]
