I’ve noticed that when there are comments under the disccusion tab, they do not show until a new comment is posted. In other words, the first page of comments doesn’t show automatically, a comment has to be made first. Is there a way for the discussion tab to display the comment page upon clicking the discussions tab? I would like my customers to see the comments automatically without having to comment first.

We have been unable to reproduce the issue on our end. In such a case, could you please test the plugin on different browsers and devices to see if the issue is consistent across all of them? Also, sometimes caching issues or stored cookies can cause unexpected behavior. So, I would suggest you clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try again. If you are using any cache plugin, then please try to deactivate it for now and see if the issue persists.
