Hi. OK. Send me a pro version to test. I don’t think this problem has anything to do with the commercial and free version.

Thanks for following up.
We are sorry to let you know that at this moment we don’t offer demos of our Pro plugin. However, if you purchase the Pro version of the plugin, then you would need to configure it the following way:
1.First, you would need to go to WooCommerce > Settings > Email Verification > Email and make sure Email options > Email template option is set to WooCommerce.
2. Then please go to the WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Email template section and from there you can customize the email template.
