I’m trying to have a minimum order of 30€ for everything, but I’ve inserted a giftacard plugin and I would like those codes to be excluded, I’ve tried all the possible combinations but I can’t find the way to tell the plugin to apply the minimum to every coupon, to every order without coupons excluding all the others (the plugin generates them automatically, so it’s not good to select them by hand, even if this solution works).

In the plugin’s settings Coupons tab, please Enable the section and under the Exclude option, you can exclude the coupon that you don’t want to be included in the Min/Max calculations.
Thanks for the reply but this solution was already in my question. I need to find a way to not automatically apply the minimum to the codes I create by hand but not the giftcard codes, isn’t there an option apply to all selected ones but not the others?

I’m sorry I have not understood your question. First, I am not sure what gift card plugin you are using. Hence I can’t comment on compatibility with it.
In the plugin’s settings Coupons tab, you can choose to require some coupons i.e. only check min/max amounts if these coupons are used. You can also choose to exclude some coupons i.e. skip min/max amount checks if these coupons are applied.
There is also an exclude all option, where it can simply skip the min/max amount checks if any coupon is applied.
If you are trying to somehow automate inclusion/exclusion with your gift card plugin, it may not work.
