Hi there,

I can see that you have already posted the question on wordpress.org, where you have said that you have configured it, but it is not having any effect. Could you please ensure that you have set the “Mode” to “Product Weight” under the “General” section of the plugin? Also, you will need to recalculate sales data after changing the “Mode” option. To do so, please go to “Tools” and run the “Recalculate the sales date” option.

Kind regards.

Hello, I still can't configure the plugin correctly, what I want is to limit only one category to 3kg (the category is called fresh), if you can tell me how to correctly configure all the fields of the plugin for images, I would appreciate it.
You have my email, on Monday I will log back in and see if there is any response.

Hi there,

If want to limit certain category, then you have to go to the “Limits” section of the plugin and enable the “Per product category” option. This will add a new meta box in the category edit page. Then go to your category edit page and set the limit from there.

Please give it a try.

I've already done it and I still can't set the limit correctly. Can you please assist me? The client keeps waiting and we can't get the job done correctly.
Also, leave me a contact email, so I can contact you. We just have to have it configured on one page if we learn well, I won't bother you again.
