Hello, I bought a pro version. I have a problem. I have 14 shipping zones, where I ahve specific minimum delivery amount. Minimum is zone 1 – 150 CZK. and than local pick up – and it has no minimum amount. But at chceckout I cannot make an order with 55CZK – it tells me, my address is in zone 4 and minumum order amount is 600 CZK. How can I do that? Thank you so much! Veronika
Hi,
I would need some more information about your setup. But from the information you have provided it seems you are trying to limit the minimum amount by shipping zone and shipping method simultaneously.
It is not possible to limit the minimum purchase amount by both. It has to be either by shipping zone or shipping method.
