I am really sorry to know you are having difficulties. Please ensure that in the plugin’s settings, under the General section, the General Options > Use Variations option is disabled. Also, please ensure that you are using the latest version of WooCommerce (6.8.2) and our plugin(3.7.3).
Regarding the second issue, it could occur as a result of a caching problem. Please clear the cache in your browser. If you’re using a caching plugin, please try and disable it.
