Hi, I have tickets for an event and I am looking to have the following options:
Early Bird tickets – Blocked for guests
Standard tickets – open to every one
Both with a maximum limit of 10 tickets.
Pretty straight forward but one seems to cancel the other out with the settings, please can you help? Thanks
Hi,
Your setup should be as follows:
Under General settings, select Product Quantities as mode. For date range and order statuses select the options as per your requirements. Use variations Set this as Enabled. Also under Guests select Block guests from buying products. For block method select According to limit options and save the changes for the General section.
Secondly go to the limits tab and set the limit per user as 10. Also enable the per product option here.
Finally edit the product and for the Early bird tickets variation check Block guests from purchasing and the limit per user as 10. For the Standard ticket variation don’t check Block guests from purchasing and set the limit per user as 10.
