ParticipantHi,
I bought the pro version. It works overall very good, but I have a small issue. i am using woocommerce booking, membership and subscription.
I have limit a user (“with product limits”) to only be able to buy X products in total for a period of 1 month depending on what membership they have bought.
A medium membership allow the user to buy 5 products every month, so from start I can see “Remaining (5), Bought(0), Max(5)” in My Account. When a user buy a product I can see that it withdraw 1, so I now see “Remaining (4), Bought(1), Max(5)”.
The issue I am facing is when they cancel the product they have bought, it is still showing “Remaining (4), Bought(1), Max(5)”
I want the product they cancel to be added again, so I can see “Remaining (5), Bought(0), Max(5)”.
Any solution for this?
Thanks 🙂
The problem I have is when I cancel a product, I want that product to be added to

Thanks for reaching out.
Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Maximum Products per User > General and set Order statuses to Cancelled. You will need to recalculate sales data after changing Order statuses option. To do so, please go to the Tools section and enable Recalculate sales data, then click on Save changes.
I hope this information was helpful to you. Please get in touch with me if you have any queries or need help.

I gave your question some more consideration. To reduce the amount for the user when his order is cancelled, under the General section of the plugin’s settings, just select Order statuses:Delete to Cancelled.
Hope that helps.
