GuestHi!
I’m using your plugin on my ecommerce and I find it pretty great!
I noticed that on single product it displays the price of the product with an additional cost (22%) that match with VAT for every quantity.
here’s an example https://lacanapalegale.it/prodotto/super-polline-cbd-pappagallo/
I didn’t find anywhere how to disable this additional cost, since it could generate confusion for costumersMay 30, 2022 at 7:48 pm #104984WPWhale
ModeratorHi,
I doubt this is created by the plugin, this is usually related to your store settings, if you go WooCommerce >> Settings >> Tax >> Display prices in the shop, you can select if it says “including tax”.
Let me know please if you still need further help.

GuestHi Omar!
I think this is created by your plugin since I have set up to display the prices with tax (so I insert the product price without them) and ONLY in single product the total price by quantity add again the vat value
e.g. https://lacanapalegale.it/prodotto/super-polline-cbd-pappagallo/
The price I’ve set up from backend is 2,29508197, then it shows up from frontend as 2,80 (22% VAT) and in the total price by quantity is shown as 3,42 (with an additional 22% VAT), as if it calc it again on single product.
We removed your plugin in a staging environment and we do not find any of these issues. Additionally – if you care to try it yourself – when you add the product to our cart the price is shown correctly, therefore this is clearly a problem which relates to the visualization of the price generated by your plugin.
Thank youMay 31, 2022 at 6:54 pm #104986WPWhale
ModeratorHi again,
Sorry that wasn’t clear to me before, you’re talking about Total Price by Quantity here not the original price.
I see the issue on your site, while I’ve tried replicating it on my test site and it didn’t add an extra VAT! Can you please contact us at [email protected] with proper access (wp-admin and probably FTP) to check what’s happening?
Thanks,
Omar
